Nomadic Wisdom: What Defines Failure & Success

For this video, Sonia Zivkovic and I chose a local Zagreb restaurant to have soup and wine while we explored the idea of success and failure. The restaurant is called Dva Goluba (Two Pigeons.) The restaurant was full of businessmen unwinding after work and I think the setting was really funny with the posters behind us. We made our video while sharing a meal and a carafe of wine because we wanted to feel like you were with us in an intimate and real setting in a genuine Zagreb restaurant. We are, after all, far away from our native lands, and this setting, gives you a little feeling of what it’s like in Croatian culture. We certainly enjoyed it a lot and hopefully you will, too.

Some of the things we touched on in this video— what it means to fail and how we and our social circles deal with it; the role the heart plays in success; and the importance of educating our children with grittiness and the acceptance of mistakes. We also explore beauty, intelligence and forced humility. As usual, we bring some deep wisdom that we think will inspire you. Sonia has a beautiful way of seeing success: living life on your terms. ❤️

I hope you enjoy the time with us, friends! And please, join our Facebook community of spirited women and men who are opening their hearts and following their Souls.  You can also sign-up to have our inspiration delivered right to your inbox each week.
