Feeling Lost.

I find myself feeling lost far more often than I would like. I question where I am in life, question why I’m feeling the way I am, and think of ways to get out of the dark pit I’m falling into. In these moments, I try to remember to appreciate the now. Appreciate where I am in life, where my hard work has gotten me, and appreciate being alive.

If that doesn’t help, then I think of what I need to do right now to change my circumstances. Do I need to go on a walk, do I need to start a new project, or end an old one? There are many actions I can take to pull myself from a dark place I’m in. But first, I remember to appreciate what’s happening in that moment.
